Martial Arts training is conducted in a
non-competitive atmosphere. All aspects of Martial Arts and Self Defence
are studied.
Students are encouraged to explore a mix of
styles, both external and internal.
Specific aspects taught
include

- Karate Kata - in both external and
internal forms.

- Self Defence - techniques to give
students confidence in dealing with real life situations.

- Free sparring - to give students the
opportunity to practice and hone their skills against a range of
opponents in a controlled manner.

 |
- Chi Kung and Meditation -
techniques to help focus the mind, body and soul.
|
|
|
 |
- Breaking - to hone technique and power, breaking of
bricks and tiles is taught to advanced students.
|
|
|
 |
- Other Arts - Grappling, Aiki no Jutsu, Judo and many
other styles are also incorporated in the training to ensure a
well rounded, balanced set of skills can be learnt depending on
the students interest and needs.

- Other benefits - aside from the obvious self defence
and physical benefits of Martial Arts training, the School also
